Description: Did you ever think you could develop healthy eating and exercise habits during the holiday season? Most of us would answer "no way", but you can change your approach and improve your wellbeing this year. Let our registered dietitian and personal trainer guide you through these weeks that can wreak havoc on your hard-earned health. Come and learn how to eat and exercise to stay fit both now and throughout the coming year.

Designed to help men and their families cope with prostate cancer, Man to Man provides a comfortable setting among peers for discussion, education, and support through the recovery process. Spouses, partners, and family members are encouraged to attend.
