Submit your request at least one month before the presentation date.

Please have the following information:

• desired date of the talk
• how long you would like it to last
• number of people expected
• age range of the audience
• location of event (if needed, meeting space at NYU Medical Center can be provided)
• topics you would like the speaker(s) to address
• audiovisual equipment your group can provide, if any
• how you plan to publicize the lecture to your group

You will be required to complete and return a registration form prior to the event.
