The Supportive Services Program's Medical Director is a trained psychiatrist who works with other physicians and clinical professionals to provide key psycho-oncology support for patients, family members, and friends experiencing depression, anxiety, and hopelessness. Services include:

• Crisis Intervention
• Psychopharmacological Treatment
• Individual Psychiatric Counseling for Patients Living with Cancer, their Family and Caregivers
• Psycho-Social Oncology Training for Hospital Residents and other In-Patient Clinical Staff
• Patient Education Seminars and Workshops
• Staff Education Seminars and Workshops
• Pain Management and Palliative Care
• Consultations with Physicians and Clinical Staff
• Coordination With Inpatient Services
